Ticket return procedure

Fill in the fields below to return one or more tickets.

The equivalent value of the ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days from the date of receiving the return request.

It does not require going to the Bilete.ro cashier.

Bilete.ro may charge brokerage fees for the services provided. To the price of each purchased ticket will be added a Cost of processing the Bilete.ro system order of 0.5 lei per ticket (VAT included).

Physical tickets can be returned to the bilete.ro cashier (Ibis Hotel from Gara de Nord, Bucharest) presenting the purchased tickets and the ticket order code in a period of time announced on www.bilete.ro and bilete.frf.ro at the page of the respective event and within the working schedule of the Bilete.ro cashier. People who are unable to reach the cashier or bilete.ro office can send tickets by courier (at the expense of the buyer) to the Bilete.ro office (see postal address in the "contact" section), the value of returned tickets (without courier fees, bank transfer fees or processing fees - according to the conditions of ticket sales of www.bilete.ro) will be returned to the bank account indicated by the person who purchased the tickets within 14 working days from the date of receipt (if not is announced to customers another time return period)
